The legal area of the Studio Patanè is made of Mr. Giuseppe Patanè and Mr. Luca Gabbrielli, Attorneys-at-law, whose intense professional cooperation started in 2005. In 2007 they were joined by Mrs. Stefania D’Alessandro, Attorney-at-law, who was their trainee at first and their collaborator later.
The law office mainly works in the civil and commercial area, by providing advice and assistance, both in court and out of court within any level and type of legal proceeding concerning corporate, contractual matter, creation of trusts, real rights, personal and family rights, inheritance, executions, road accidents and civil responsibility in general both as to contracts or not (having gained experience in the medical responsibility sector), as well as intellectual property (patents, copyright, software both on an Italian and an international level).

In particular, the corporate and commercial consultation is provided in synergy with the other professional specializations of the Practice partners and therefore the fiscal, tax and financial area, thus ensuring thorough assistance encompassing the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
The Practice in addition gained a significant experience in Entertainment Law, by dealing specifically with the main juridical issues pertaining to the protection of entertainment creative works. Special attention is devoted to the contract law of this sector, with reference to the regulations protecting the creative work and regulating its use in the show biz and the relationships between the players operating in such ambit.
